About the Olympiad
The International Cyber Olympiad 2026 (ICO), organized by the Cyber Olympiad Foundation, is a technology-focused competition designed to help school students develop digital knowledge, analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and awareness of cyber safety.
The competition is aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and follows a curriculum developed with reference to the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), providing students with a strong academic foundation while encouraging future-ready digital skills.
Eligibility Criteria
The International Cyber Olympiad 2026 is open to:
- Students studying in Classes 1 to 10
- Students from schools across India
- Individual students can also participate through online registration
Olympiad Format
The International Cyber Olympiad 2026 provides different participation modes depending on how students register.
For Schools
Schools can register students collectively. The examination is conducted in offline mode for school participants.
For Individual Students
Students who register individually can take the examination in online mode.
Level 1 Examination Dates
Students and schools can select from the following Level 1 examination dates:
- 18 & 31 August 2026
- 15 & 30 September 2026
- 14 & 28 October 2026
- 16 & 30 November 2026
- 08 & 22 December 2026
Schools may also select their own examination date, subject to the organizer's provisions.
Registration Deadline: 20 days before the selected examination date
Awards & Recognition
- All participants receive certificates
- School coordinators receive certificates
- Schools with 100+ participants receive special trophies for the Principal and Coordinator

School Registration
- Contact the Cyber Olympiad Foundation through the available registration channels.
- Submit the required student details.
- Select the examination date.
- Complete the registration process.
- Prepare using the available sample papers and mock tests.
- Students appear for the examination at their school.
Individual Registration

Registration fee : 150/- per student
