About Us
The Indian Institute of Science (IISc) was established in 1909 by a visionary partnership between the industrialist Jamsetji Nusserwanji Tata, the Mysore royal family and the Government of India. IISc aims to position itself among the world’s foremost academic institutions. We will focus on building our core research strengths in all frontiers of science and engineering, develop world-class teaching programmes, nurture translational research and encourage the incubation of successful start-ups. Course Offered
- BTech Mathematics & Computing [4 years].
The Indian Institute of Science offers an interdisciplinary four-year BTech program in Mathematics and Computing. Students have the option of continuing for another year and obtaining a MTech degree subject to fulfilling CGPA, course credits and project requirements.
Eligibility Criteria

The candidate must be 12th pass or equivalent with minimum 60% from recognised board.

The candidate must have PCM + Any 1 Language subjects - mandatory to be eligible for admissions here.
