Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, or CCSHAU, is one of Asia's most prestigious agricultural universities. CCSHAU has made a name for itself on both at national and international level since its founding in 1970. The University has a state of the art infrastructure that creates the ideal environment for dynamic and focused education, research and extension. CCSHAU has been a pioneer in agricultural research and was instrumental in India's Green and White Revolutions in the 1960s and 1970s, and it continues to have an impact in the agricultural sector. CCSHAU offers free tele-agricultural services through its Kisan Seva Kendra, Regional Research Stations, and Krishi Vigyan Kendras, all of which are dedicated to supporting farmers and disseminating the results of laboratory research to stakeholders. CCSHAU has also developed seven Community Radio Stations with the goal of presenting the farming community with the latest agricultural information. In addition, the Directorate of Extension Education is responsible for a wide range of extension activities and programmes

16 Years

B.Sc. (Hons.) Agribusiness
Management

10+2 or equivalent having passed with Physics, Chemistry,
Biology/Mathematics or Agriculture stream from a recognized
University/Board with 50% marks in 10+2 (relaxable upto 47.5% for
Scheduled Caste and Person with Disability (PwD) candidates)

16 Years

B.Tech. (Agril. Engg.)

As per Policy of Haryana State.

 

Bachelor of
Fisheries Science
(B.F.Sc.)

10+2 or equivalent having passed with Physics, Chemistry, Biology
or Agriculture stream from a recognized University/Board with 50%
marks in 10+2 (relaxable upto 47.5% for Scheduled Caste and

B.Sc. (Hons.) Community
Science 4-year programme
(Only for Female candidates)

10+2 in Science streamorHome Science as a subjectwith any stream
from a recognized Board with 50% marks (relaxable upto 47.5% for
ScheduledCaste andPersonwithDisability (PwDcandidates).

16 Years

B.Sc. (Hons.) Ag. 6-year
(2+4)

Matric with 60% marks (relaxable upto 57% for Scheduled Caste and
Person with Disability (PwD) candidates) from a recognized Board.

Note: 85% Seats are reserved for Haryana Residents 15% Seats Filled on All India Basis through ICAR Exam
