Eligibility Criteria

 

Army Personnel

 

  • Student Eligibility: A candidate who has passed 10+2 examination from Punjab School Education Board or any other equivalent examination recognized as such by the Punjabi University, Patiala, securing at least 45% marks. The applicants appearing for the qualifying examination in March/April 2019 are allowed to take the Entrance Test - 2019
  • Parents Eligibility: Wards of serving Army personnel with minimum 10 years continuous service in the Army.

 

Punjab Residents Civil Category

 

  • Academic Qualification: A candidate who has passed 10+2 examination from Punjab School Education Board or any other equivalent examination recognized as such by the Punjabi University, Patiala, securing at least 45% marks. The applicants appearing for the qualifying examination in March/April 2019 are allowed to take the Entrance Test - 2019. Admission for Children of Punjab Residents Civil Category will be done by Punjabi University, Patiala.

 

All India Civil Category other than Punjab Residents

 

  • Academic Qualification: A candidate who has passed 10+2 examination from Punjab School Education Board or any other equivalent examination recognized as such by the Punjabi University, Patiala, securing at least 45% marks. The applicants appearing for the qualifying examination in March/April 2019 are allowed to take the Entrance Test - 2019. Children of citizens of India or persons of Indian origin, who intend to settle permanently in India and have obtained citizenship before admission to AIL

Step 1: Register Online 
Step 2: The application number and password will be forwarded through the registered email id and mobile number to you. Login through it.
Step 3: Fill the Application form
Step 4: Upload the scanned Photo, Signature & 10th marksheet
Step 5: Pay the application fee online through debit/ credit card or net banking

Selection Process

 

  • Admission to 60 seats for wards of army personnel will be done through the Online Law Entrance Test (LET) conducted by AIL. 
  • Admission to 04 seats in the All India Category will also be through the Online Law Entrance Test (LET).
  • Admission to 16 seats in the Punjab Category will be based on 10+2 merit, drawn up by the Punjabi University

  • Paper will be of total 200 marks
  • There shall be No Negative Marking.

Candidates can download the Admit card from the website. Candidate have to bring admit card print out on the date of Entrance Exam
