About Us
Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIM Kozhikode or IIMK) is an autonomous public business school located in Kozhikode, Kerala, India. The institute, set up in 1996 by the Government of India in collaboration with the State Government of Kerala, is one of the 20 Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs). It was the fifth IIM to be established.
The institute conducts academic activities in the field of management education covering research, teaching, and training, consulting and intellectual infrastructure development.
Course Offered
Bachelors in Management Studies (BMS) – 4 years (Honours with Research).
Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have successfully completed the Class XII examination or hold a diploma post Ten years of schooling from any stream recognized by the relevant boards of the Government of India.

Candidates must be able to produce originals of mark sheets/certificates on or before 1st August 2025 to be eligible for admission.
Admission Process
Applicants are required to appear for the IIMK BMS Aptitude Test (IIMK BMS AT) 2025.
Exam Pattern
Quantitative Ability & Verbal Ability (MCQ) + Personal Interview (PI).
It will be conducted as a computer-based examination, will be administered at designated centers.
Exemptions from the Entrance Test
Candidates who have valid JEE (Mains) scores or valid SAT or ACT scores are exempted from appearing for the IIMK-BMS AT. But must appear for PI if shortlisted.
Personal Interview
The short-listed candidates must appear for a Personal Interview (PI). IIM Kozhikode will conduct the personal interviews in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Kozhikode, Mumbai, and New Delhi. The entire process will last for a half-day (morning or afternoon). During the PI process, the panel will evaluate the candidates on their academic efforts and disposition, general awareness and social disposition, attitude, personality and communication skills, and also overall fit for the program. The interview is expected to take around 15 minutes per candidate.
