About Winter Start Up Week

Masters’ Union’s Winter Startup Week is a high-intense profile enhancing programme for young entrepreneurs in Grades 8-12. Participants learn to ideate a business concept, build early-stage prototypes, and pitch their startup to real VCs.

Eligibility Criteria

This programme is designed for students in Grades 8–12 who are curious about skill building. No prior experience is required—just curiosity and drive.

5 Days, 5 Milestones for Students to Learn

Business Ideation & Customer Research
Brainstorm on worthy business problem & build strategic solutions for customers.
MVP Development & Prototyping
Learn to build your minimum Viable Product (MVP) and create a working Prototype using Figma.
Finance & Startup
Master basics of budgeting, strategic pricing & effective cash flow management.
Growth Hacking with Marketing
Leverage AI tools like Lovable & more to build app & website of your startup.
Storytelling & Pitching Skills
Pitch your early – stage startup to real – world VCs with a persuasive storytelling.

Participants will walk away with a real early-stage business prototype, hands-on experience with business tools, AI skills for startups, and certificates & Letters of Recommendation (LOR) to strengthen college applications.
Unlike standard school workshops, Winter Startup Week is hands-on, startup-focused, and aligned with NEP principles. Students ideate, prototype, market, and pitch their business ideas, guided by CXOs and industry experts.
Students gain hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads, Figma, PowerBI, and explore practical AI applications to make smarter business decisions.

NOTE - On the final day, students create a pitch deck and present their ideas to real investors and founders, gaining feedback and experience in persuasive storytelling.

Individual Registration: INR 44,999
Team Registration: INR 34,999 per person (a team of min. 4 members)

NOTE

Lunch costs are included in the fee.
Students will be required to be on campus from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM all days.
