About SLAT 2027
SLAT 2027 – Symbiosis Law Admission Test is the entrance examination conducted by Symbiosis International (Deemed University) for admission to undergraduate law programmes offered by its participating law institutes.
The test provides students with an opportunity to pursue undergraduate legal education at Symbiosis law schools.
Eligibility Criteria
SLAT 2027 is designed for Passed Standard XII (10+2) or equivalent examination from any recognized Board with a minimum of 45% marks or equivalent grade
Exam Pattern
SLAT is an entrance examination designed to assess skills relevant to undergraduate legal education.
The test broadly evaluates areas such as:
- Logical Reasoning
- Legal Reasoning
- Analytical Reasoning
- Reading Comprehension
- General Knowledge

Students planning to take both Test 1 and Test 2 should account for the test fee applicable to each test.
How to Participate
- Visit the official SLAT website.
- Click on 'Register'.
- Fill in the required personal and academic details.
- Click on 'Save & Continue'.
- Complete OTP verification using the OTP sent to your mobile number/email.
- Select the required SLAT test and law programme(s).
- Pay the applicable test and programme fees.
- Complete the application before 4 December 2026.
- Prepare for the selected SLAT test date.
- Appear for the examination on 19 December or 26 December 2026, as applicable.
Important Note
SLAT 2027 registration is currently OPEN. Students must complete their registration by 4 December 2026.
The examination will be conducted on two dates:
Test 1 – 19 December 2026 (Saturday)
Test 2 – 26 December 2026 (Saturday)
