About the Challenge
The AI Resume Assessment & Placement Readiness Challenge 2026, organized by CareerGPS, is an online career readiness competition designed to help students and working professionals evaluate and strengthen their resumes using Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The challenge is open to:

- Students preparing for campus placements
- Students applying for internships
- Working professionals seeking better career opportunities
- Anyone interested in building a recruiter-ready resume
Participation Mode: Individual
The assessment helps participants understand how well their resume aligns with current recruitment standards and industry expectations.
Registration Fee : FREE
There is no registration fee to participate in the challenge.

Submission Process
Participants are required to complete the following steps:
- Register for the challenge through Unstop.
- Visit the CareerGPS platform.
- Click on the GetGPS button.
- Select the Student or Working Professional option and log in.
- Navigate to GetReport → Resume Audit.
- Upload your latest resume in PDF format.
- Start the free AI analysis.
- Once the report is generated, share your ATS Score snapshot via email to vatsy@careergps.online.
