About the Competition
The Indian Navy takes immense pride in announcing the flagship event, THINQ 2025, a unique national-level quiz competition. It aims to provide young minds with a unique opportunity to experience the ‘way of life’ of the Indian Navy, instilling a sense of national pride and patriotism while testing their knowledge and intellect.
THINQ 2025 is an exciting quiz competition for the young minds of the country. It also gives the brightest minds—the future leaders of our nation—the chance to experience the Indian Navy.
Eligibility Criteria

The quiz is open to all students enrolled in classes IX to XII (9–12) from any school in India, irrespective of board, affiliation or region.

A school can field any number of teams. Each team must have two team members. They must be from the same school. However, only one team per school will be allowed from ER-2 onwards.

Inter-class teams are allowed. For example, a team can consist of a Class IX student and a Class XIl student.
About the Competition

THINQ will comprise online preliminary rounds, zonal selection round, semi-finals and finals.

Questions in the contest will cover various topics like current affairs, literature, science and technology, sports and other areas of general interest. There will be special rounds on the Indian Navy and other India-specific themes.
Registration Process

Prior registration is mandatory to take part in THINQ.

Registration must be done by the school staff only. Students are not permitted to register themselves.

Participants must have a valid school ID Card during conduct of the THINQ rounds. You may be asked to show ID proofs at any time. Failure to provide an ID will result in immediate disqualification.

A team may be disqualified at any stage if found using unfair means to answer questions.
Awards & Prizes

Winners will be recognized and honoured with exciting prizes.

Participation certificates will be forwarded to all the teams who have qualified for the Zonal Selection Round of THINQ.

Mementos, gifts and participation certificates will be awarded to all the Semi-Finalists.

Considering the fervour of the event, the semi-finalist and finalists may be engaged in activities which would encourage understanding of the culture, heritage and natural beauty of the state of Kerala. The detailed agenda of such activities will be intimated subsequently.

In addition, the semi-finalists and finalists would be given an opportunity to visit Indian Naval ships and establishments, and training facilities, and navy aircraft, and would be introduced to the Naval way of life.

The Candidate must carefully read all the instructions before applying via School i.e. the student must ask the school Staff to Register him/ her for this competition.
