The first important choice is not a final career decision.
Class 10 is an important stage in building a career, but students are often unaware of how a stream choice can shape the options that follow. A decision made because of pressure, incomplete information or a temporary preference can lead to dislike and frustration later.
Choosing the right stream has a lasting impact on a student's future. The aim, however, is not to force a student to name one permanent career. It is to understand their interests, aptitude and strengths well enough to choose subjects responsibly while keeping suitable future routes visible.
Personalised counselling gives both the student and parent individual attention. It creates space to compare subjects, ask practical questions and understand the relationship between a stream, the courses it can lead to and the careers that may follow.
