In Classes 11 and 12, hand-holding India or hand-holding abroad supports the student from registration until admission. Profile building helps students at any stage show what they can do.

From Class 9. The psychometric test is open to Classes 9 to 12 and to students who have just passed Class 12; stream selection covers Classes 9 and 10; hand-holding India and abroad cover Classes 11 and 12.

Both. WonderSkool's counselling is delivered online or in person at the office in Panchkula, so families outside the Chandigarh Tricity can take part too.

Yes. Counsellors discuss test reports with the student and the parent together; hand-holding India begins by collecting information from parents, including any financial or geographical limits; and hand-holding abroad starts with an ice-breaking session for parents and students. The student still makes the final choice.

No. WonderSkool provides guidance, planning and application support, but universities, colleges, testing bodies and embassies make the final decisions. That is also why fees are not refunded because of an admission result.

It gives a detailed profile of the student: an intelligence graph, a personality profile, an aptitude graph, and their strengths and weaknesses. It helps answer questions such as “What are my strengths and weaknesses?” and “What is my personality type?”

The student receives the detailed profile, and a counsellor then discusses it with the student and the parent. The four steps are: register online, take the test, receive the profile, and discuss it with a counsellor.

No. The report is a starting point for the conversation, not a verdict. The student's interests and experience, the parent's view and the counsellor's guidance are considered together.

A personal career counsellor from the day the student registers until they are admitted to a graduation college. It follows 14 steps, from collecting information from parents and getting to know the student, through mapping skills and aptitude and shortlisting institutes, to help filling in forms, tracking results and finalising the college and documents.

Yes. Both marks-based and entrance-based colleges are listed to suit the student's profile, and their forms and cut-offs are tracked.

An ice-breaking session with parents and the student, the psychometric test, choosing the country, university and course, entrance exams and their preparation, the CV, SOPs and LORs, additional certifications, exchange programmes, the mandatory documents, filling in and tracking applications, and guidance on fee payments such as acceptance and residential fees.

It is for Classes 11 and 12, and it supports both undergraduate and postgraduate applications.

Yes. When a student asks for help with an application, WonderSkool works with application platforms and institutions in India and abroad, such as UCAS, the Common App and overseas universities.

No. Application fees, test registrations (such as the SAT, IELTS, UCAT or TMUA), university deposits, courier, translation, notarisation and visa charges are paid to those organisations directly, under their own refund rules.

Turning a student's projects, activities and experiences into evidence of who they are and what they can do. It can start with one small piece of work; there is no need to wait for a long list of certificates. The Profile Builder page walks through it in four stages: understand, build, explore current opportunities, and get guidance.

Payments can be made online, by bank transfer, by cheque or in cash. Some services can be paid in instalments; instalments already paid are not refunded once the service, or its phase, has started, and the service may pause if an instalment is overdue.

Every service includes a registration fee of 20% of the total fee. It covers onboarding, profile set-up and counsellor allocation, and it is not refundable.

Fees are generally non-refundable, with limited exceptions. For the psychometric test, a refund can be requested within 48 hours of payment if the test link or login has not been issued. For hand-holding India, hand-holding abroad and profile building, within 7 days of payment if no session or plan has been delivered. Individual sessions are not refundable.

An approved refund is the fee paid, less the registration fee, any discount and any third-party costs already incurred.

Email info@wonderskool.com from your registered address with the subject “Refund request”, giving the student's name, the service, the invoice or transaction number, the payment date and the reason. WonderSkool replies within 7 working days, and approved refunds are paid within 10 working days to the original payment method. Requests by phone, WhatsApp or social media are not treated as refund requests.

Services belong to the registered student, but WonderSkool may, at its discretion, allow an unused service to be transferred to a sibling or adjusted against another WonderSkool service within the validity period.

Yes, with at least 24 hours' notice. A session cancelled or moved with less notice, or missed without notice, counts as delivered.

For 12 months from the date of payment, or until the end of the admission cycle it was bought for, whichever comes first. Unused sessions lapse at the end of that period.

Career Awareness Programmes (CAPs) designed by industry experts for Classes 9 to 12, and one-day events with class-wise workshops for students and their parents.

A booking is confirmed with a 50% advance of the agreed fee, which is not refundable. A school can reschedule a confirmed event once, free of charge, with at least 7 days' written notice, and agree a new date within 60 days.

Yes. WonderSkool helps corporates meet their social responsibility by providing career guidance in government schools, through one-day events with group workshops and individual sessions.

Only with the consent of a parent or lawful guardian, which WonderSkool confirms before providing paid services. Children's data is not used for targeted advertising.

WonderSkool does not sell personal data. It shares information with colleges, universities and application platforms when a student asks for help with an application, and with the service providers it works with. A school receives only attendance and class-level insights; an individual student's report goes to the school only with the parent's consent.

Wondy, the website's assistant, answers general questions about careers, streams, courses and WonderSkool's services, and points you to the right page. Decisions about a particular student should be discussed with a counsellor, so please don't share personal details such as identity numbers with Wondy.
