Logo Design Contest under the National Commission 2023

With the Aim to get India’s first logo which symbolize the Allied and Healthcare Professionals which comes under the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions (NCAHP). NCAHP is an autonomous body under Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. NCAHP in collaboration with MyGov, organizing a logo contest where citizens of India can submit their Logo entries, which should be unique and elegant, showing 56 types of Professionals of Indian Healthcare force.
This commission is unique in nature as it is first commission in India, which regulate education, training etc. policies of 56 different professionals. Generally, one commission regulate one type of profession. Allied and Healthcare Professionals are the backbone of Indian healthcare system. They includes Physiotherapist, Dietician, Medical Lab technologist, EEG/ECG technicians, Behavioral workers, Optometrist etc.

- The best logo entry will receive the winning amount of ₹5000/- and certificate signed by Chairperson, NCAHP/ICAHP.

Terms and Conditions

 

 1. The competition is open to all Indian citizens.

2. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare hosts the competition in collaboration with MyGov - DIC.

3. The entry must be original should not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and must not infringe on the intellectual rights of any third party. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and MyGov, DIC are not responsible for copyright violations or infringements of intellectual property carried out by the participants.

4. The entry must not contain any provocative, objectionable, or inappropriate content.

5. Participants should only upload the logo in JPEG / PNG / SVG / PDF format.

6. One participant can submit only one entry. Multiple entries from the participant shall lead to disqualification.

7. Once submitted for the competition, copyrights of the Logo will solely be with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

8. The participant should make sure that his/her MyGov profile is accurate and updated since this will be used for further communication. This includes details such as name, photo, complete postal address, email ID, and phone number. Entries with incomplete profiles shall not be considered.

9. MyGov reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of this Contest and/ or Terms and Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria. However, any changes to the Terms and Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria, or the cancellation of the Contest, will be updated/ posted on the MyGov platform.

10. The winning entries may be used by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare for promotional and display purposes, IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) materials, and any other use deemed appropriate.

11. All the entries received by MyGov would be assessed by a committee of judges for selecting the entries. The decision of the Committee shall be final and binding.

12. The entry should not have been previously published in any print or digital media.

13. The winners have to share their consent to the use of their names in any publicity carried out.

14. The winners will be declared via the Winner announcement blog (blog.mygov.in). There will be no notification to participants not selected as winners.

15. The Selection Committee reserves the right to reject any entry that it does not feel is suitable or appropriate or does not conform to any of the conditions listed above.

16. All disputes/legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves.

17. Entries must be made by the closing date and in the manner set out in the contest terms and conditions. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.

18. Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and MyGov accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury of any kind suffered by any participants in entering the contest, including as a result of any participant winning or not winning any prize.

19. Plagiarism of any nature would not be allowed.

20. Winner shall be required to provide the original open-source file of the design.
