An advocate may be a lawyer but a lawyer may not be an advocate .An 'Advocate' is a step ahead of a' lawyer'.

To become an advocate, one has to become a member of the General Council of the Bar.

 

AIBE

 

All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is conducted by the Bar Council of India (BCI) to determine the capability of an advocate to practice law in India and to provide Certificate of Practice.

(b) Forty percent (40%) marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST Category

 

PATTERN:

 

Maximum Marks 200

Duration of CLAT: 02:00 Hours

Total Number of Questions: 200 questions of one mark each

Note: 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer

Time duration: 1hr 30 minute marks
